The Seven-Day Week

The Babylonians marked time with lunar months. They proscribed some activities during several days of the month, particularly the

first -- the first visible crecent,

seventh -- the waxing half moon,

fourteenth -- the full moon,

nineteenth -- dedicated to an offended goddess,

twenty-first -- the waning half moon,

twenty-eigth -- the last visible crecent,

twenty-nineth -- the invisible moon, and

thirtieth (possibly) -- the invisible moon.

The major periods are seven days, 1/4 month, long. This seven-day period was later regularized and disassociated from the lunar month to become our seven-day week.

The Naming of the Days

The Greeks named the days week after the sun, the moon and the five known planets, which were in turn named after the gods Ares, Hermes, Zeus, Aphrodite, and Cronus. The Greeks called the days of the week the Theon hemerai "days of the Gods". The Romans substituted their equivalent gods for the Greek gods, Mars, Mercury, Jove (Jupiter), Venus, and Saturn. (The two pantheons are very similar.) The Germanic peoples generally substituted roughly similar gods for the Roman gods, Tiu (Twia), Woden, Thor, Freya (Fria), but did not substitute Saturn.

 GOD'S JUDGEMENT

QUESTIONS:

Abortion

Do you believe that GOD will bring judgement on America for grievous sins such as killing over 50,000,000 babies by medical abortion? It is estimated that far more than one billion human lives have been terminated as a result of the world-wide abortion programs financed or agreed to by the United States. China has had 151million sterilizations and 264 million abortions over the last 30 years. How many children have been aborted by IUD's, RU-486 and abortifacients?

Is America a Christian nation or is it turning its back on GOD (taking GOD out of public life)? Has America  become an enemy of JESUS CHRIST (are Christians being persecuted in America)? The politicians will eliminate every restriction to abortion including parental involvement and taxpayer funding.

The days are dark and are getting darker spiritually. It is secular humanistic education, pervasive entertainment industry and media jargon (reproductive rights, woman's right to choose and trivializing the unborn). 3,700 babies are aborted everyday just in America.

New Orleans

How about New Orleans (Crescent City, Voodoo Capital, sin city) with its Mardi Gras (reign of evil with Bacchus), Bourbon Street (heart of New Orleans where anything goes)? Mississippi is known for witchcraft.

Alabama's Mobile was the first to start Mardi Gras.

The witches refer to New Orleans as the Crescent City because the symbol of a coven is a crescent moon with thirteen stars. It is also known as a haunted or ghostly city. Bourbon Street has voodoo, false religion, satanism and witchcraft. Voodoo or Southern Curses may be the demonic angel ruling over Louisiana.

Bacchus:

Bacchus, the Greek and Roman god of wine, whose rites in the pre-Christian era were synonymous with drunkenness and immorality. As the god of the vine, Bacchus, was thought to communicate his power to his devotees through the intoxicating influence of wine, stimulating them to orgiastic excesses, wild dancing and music, and every form of ecstatic revelry.

Bacchanalia, a Roman mystery cult, characterized by unbridled debauchery, celebrated in honor of Bacchus. Dionysus, a fertility deity, in classical mythology is the god of wine and fertility with orgiastic rites. Bacchantes were women dedicated to the worship of Bacchus. Dressed in skins of beasts, they roamed the country, filled with satanically inspired violence. Bacchus, Dionysus and Liber are names for similar deities.

Satanic Authority

What authority does Satan have over the earth (God Of This World)? Do you think that Satan can control weather (Book of Job)? Do you believe that human witchcraft can influence the weather (witches and sorcerers exercising their powers)?

JUDGEMENT

Judgement Of The Lord

THE BIBLE lists the reasons why GOD must send judgment: hands defiled with blood, lying lips, feet that run to do evil, imaginations full of wild and evil thoughts, mischief, violence, iniquity, crookedness, spiritual blindness, departure from GOD, sins of the prophets and iniquities of the priests. THE LORD visited Wall Street and Washington, D.C. as an avenger with the rod repaying with judgment: pride, arrogance, covetousness, compromises, worldly-mindedness, foolishness, evil desires and godlessness. GOD is judging America for: homosexuality and lesbianism, sexual immorality and abortion, rejecting GOD, THE

CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST becoming apostate, coming against Israel, and many other sins. There are many signs of GOD's judgement on America. If a nation completely obeyed THE WORD OF GOD, it could not be defeated. A nation is blessed or cursed in proportion to how it obeys or disobeys THE WORD OF GOD. Consider the judgement of Israel. When they obeyed GOD, they were blessed. When they disobeyed GOD, they were cursed.

Consider the sins and abominations of America; what remedial and preliminary judgements are we receiving now? All, or most all, of our national sins are tracked by national disasters. America will cease to be a world power and a nation in the One-World Government. How close are we to the final judgement of GOD against the world?

Christians, churches and religious organizations are also affected by the judgements. Is THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST sleeping, apostate and falling away from GOD? How have we treated Israel and parted the land? Those who come against Jerusalem will be cut to pieces and destroyed.

THE BIBLE warns us of multiple judgements of GOD: famine, storm, destruction of wealth and security, absence of joy and productive activity, no pity, silver and gold valueless, and cast into the lake of fire. There is blood judgment through terrorism because of shedding innocent blood of millions of aborted babies, economic disaster because of idolatry of money, and against THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST because of liberalism and not accepting The Truth.

We are deserving of and experiencing the progressive judgments of GOD. The media is secularized, educational institutions are corrupted, and the values of millions are amoral and void of biblical precepts and understandings.

Signature Judgement

Signature judgment bears a special mark of THE LORD. The judgment mirrors the sin committed against Him. People are frightened. It's worse than most people know and it's going to get worse. Everything is shaking. JESUS told us perilous times are coming: famines, wars, pestilences, earthquakes, perplexities, calamities and fear on all sides.

There is no vaccine for AIDS, unsolvable social problems, drug plague, homelessness, chaos in schools, rampant crime, over-crowded jails, health-care crisis, international sex-slave trade, largest debtor nation, immorality, CHRIST'S NAME trampled, sacred mocked, profane exalted, and Christians persecuted.

Vengeance

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith THE LORD (Rom. 12:19). The word vengeance is used 39 times, judgement - 302 times, recompense - 20 times and punishments - 29 times in THE BIBLE.

Tolerance and Troubles

Tolerance is the last virtue of a depraved society. When you have an immoral society that has blatantly, proudly, violated the commandments of GOD, there is one last virtue they insist upon: tolerance for their immorality. There will be a push for accomodation, acceptance and finally approval. They will stop at nothing until all objection, including GOD's Opinion, is silenced.

Troubles and judgement of GOD are in the land. THE KINGDOM OF GOD is at hand. Demons know that time is short and their fate is doomed. Demonic activity is increasing and fouling the culture.

GOD's Anger And Wrath

His divine wrath; blazing fire / wrath; forced to drink GOD's wrath; fierceness of His anger, wrath, indignation and trouble; rod of His wrath; anger; burning anger; burning with His anger.

Dismay; indignation; resentment; destruction; slaughter; consume; curse; trouble; shake kingdoms; taking revenge; like a devouring fire; incinerates; like a stream of brimstone; tempest and hailstones; desolation; an astonisment, a hissing and a curse; famine and sword; trampled.

REMEDIAL JUDGEMENT

National

Wake up America before it is too late! GOD's remedial judgement of natural and supernatural troubles, calamities and disasters. Devastating plagues, scourges, wars and weather including avalanches, diseases, droughts, earthquakes, economic shocks, explosions, forest fires, floods, heat waves, hurricanes, insects, mass murders, mud slides, storms, tornadoes, viruses, winds and other national judgements causing damage and death are GOD's warnings of His displeasure. GOD is calling for repentance. See Amos 1:3, 6, 9, 11, 13 & 2:1, 4, 6.

Thirty-six states are exposed to severe winter weather. Tornados are known to ravage 27 states. There are 22 states atop seismic faults.

Presidential

The stranger (foreign born) that is within you shall get up above you very high; and you shall come down very low (Deut. 28:42). Judgment is inevitable. Where does unbiblical belief come from that a nation can live anyway it pleases, reject GOD and His Ways, mock him, and not receive His Judgments? There is argument that GOD cares as much about social justice issues (such as poverty and racism) as He does abortion. It is a blood sacrifice that empowers demons. The complacency and lack of discernment concerning our real condition in America, especially by The

Church, is both appalling and horrifying. The Supreme Court decisions bring much death, destruction, curses and judgment on America.

The Holy Spirit and How To Receive Him

Many have tried to receive this gift at an altar call at their local churches, but they have failed to receive Him. They then walk away thinking that maybe there was something wrong with them or they were not worthy enough to receive this gift from the Lord. I believe the number one reason why some Christians do not properly receive this gift when they try the above approach is because they have not been properly prepared to receive Him.

To really receive this gift the first time we try asking and pressing in for it, we have to know exactly what it is we are receiving, and then we have to properly prepare ourselves to receive Him. Once those two things have been properly done, then it becomes very easy to receive this gift the first time we ask and press in for Him.

This is a gift that God wants all of His children to have, just like His gift of eternal salvation through His Son Jesus Christ.

Note: If one believes that the he/she has already received it, ask for it again. Ask for a refill. HalleluYah!!!

What is the Baptism By the Holy Spirit?

The first thing that you will need to know is exactly what this gift is. The Bible tells us that we will all receive the Holy Spirit at the moment of our salvation with the Lord. The Bible also tells us that we are “sealed” with the Holy Spirit the minute we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior.

So if we have already received the Holy Spirit at the moment of our salvation with the Lord, then what is this “second” baptism By the Holy Spirit that we are talking about? The Bible tells us that there is only one baptism.

To fully understand what is meant by the baptism By the Holy Spirit – you have to know what the difference is between your body, soul, and spirit. The Bible tells us that we have three distinct parts to our being – body, soul, and spirit. Here is the verse specifically telling us this:

“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

Our body is our natural, physical, flesh body. Our soul is located on the inside of our body. Our soul is who we really are. It is our total personality – it is our mind, will, emotions, and intellect. Our soul is spirit in form, which means it cannot be seen by any natural means. It is completely invisible to the naked eye.

On the inside of our soul is our spirit. The Bible refers to our human spirit as being our “innermost being.” I believe another word for our human spirit is “heart.” When people refer to having had a broken heart in a romantic relationship that has been dissolved, a broken heart is really a “wounded spirit.”

I also believe Jesus gives us a clue as to where our human spirits may be located at in our beings in the following verse. The New King James Version uses the word “heart”, but the Original King James Version uses the word “belly.”

“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart (BELLY) will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” (John 7:38)

When we receive Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit comes and enters into our human spirits. Our spirits are thus baptized with His actual presence at the exact moment of our salvation with the Lord (The Body of Christ). This is the baptism that the Bible is talking about when it says that there is only one baptism.

Another word that can be used for the “baptism” of the Holy Spirit where He will now enter our soul area is the “release” of the Holy Spirit into our soul. The Holy Spirit will release from our spirit to come up and enter into our soul. I believe this is what Paul was referring to when he commands us to be “filled with the Spirit.” If our spirits are already filled up with the Holy Spirit at the moment of our salvation with the Lord, then what else needs to be filled up? It is our souls.

When we have received the second gift of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we are now considered “Spirit-filled.” Both our spirit and our soul are now filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit has thoughts and a will. The Holy Spirit can be grieved and even insulted. But He can also be pleased as we rely on Him to give us the strength to live in a way that’s consistent with God’s plan for us. Galatians 6:8

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.” (Revelation 3:20).

How To Be Baptism By the Holy Spirit

To properly receive this gift, and to make sure that you really do receive it when you first ask for it, here is are some simple steps that we can take that will help us receive this gift the first time we ask for it.

1. Right Motive - Why Do We Want It

2. Decide If You Really Want It - Remember, it comes with responsibilities: Philippians 2:12

3. Fully Surrender

           a. Our Body

           b. Our Soul

           c. Our Spirit

           d. Our Entire Life

4. Full Cleansing - Confession - 1 John 1:9 - Take three days to write down

           a. All Sins

           b. Generational

           c. Break Soul Ties

           d. Unforgiveness

           e. Sexual Sins

5. Pray and Ask For Him - James 5:16 - Take three days to consecrate yourself through fasting. However, you can receive the Spirit at any point. HalleluYah!!!!

6. Be Determined

Genesis 32:24-29

King James Version

24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26 And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. 27 And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. 28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. 29 And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

Any previous “heavier” sins such as alcohol or drug abuse, any involvement in the occult, any involvement in a cult or false religion, or any involvement in a homosexual lifestyle – these types of heavier sins must not only be confessed – but they must also be renounced before God the Father.

When you fully renounce something before God the Father, you are telling Him that you will never, ever go back to that activity again. All of these heavier sins have one major thing in common – they are all major door openers to the dark side, to Satan’s realm where he and his demons roam.

Some people will get demons attached to them as a result of engaging in one or more of the above activities. If you do not confess and renounce these types of heavier sins before God the Father, then the demons who may have attached themselves to you as a result of engaging in any of these activities will still have a legal right to stay attached to you.

If you do not confess and renounce these types of heavier sins before God the Father, then what could possibly happen is that a demon will enter into your soul area when you ask for the Baptism By the Holy Spirit rather than the Holy Spirit entering up into your soul area.

Prayer:

Father I come to you, in the name of the Lord Jesus as my Deliverer. You know all my problems, all the things that bind, torment, defile and harass me.  I now loose myself from every dark spirit, every evil influence, every satanic bondage, and from every spirit in me which is not of your Spirit. I command all such spirits to leave me now in the name of Jesus.

Through the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the enemy. Through the Blood of Jesus, all my sins are forgiven. The Blood of Jesus, The Father's Son, cleanses me continually from all my sin. Through the Blood of Jesus, I am justified, made righteous, just as if I had never sinned. Through the Blood of Jesus, I am sanctified, made holy and set for the Father. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, sanctified by the Blood of Jesus. I belong to the Lord Jesus, The Father's Son body, soul and spirit (1 Thes. 5:23).

Jesus Blood protects me from all evil. Because of the Blood of Jesus, satan has no more power over me and no more place in me. I renounce him and his hosts completely and declare them to be my enemy and defeated in the Name of Jesus.

Father I ask that you come into my soul and feel me with the Gift of the Holy Spirit. I will mark this place as the place where you blessed me. I will serve you with all my heart and I will testify your Goodness and Power. In Jesus Name, I ask right now that you fill me with you Holy Spirit and With Fire. HalleluYah!!!!!!

HOW TO APPRECIATE YOURSELF

As we pursue perfection, the obstacles of fear and some times confusion stand in the way of our prosperity. However, through our planning we forget the essence of obtaining our goal and that’s pursuing things for the love of ourselves or the objectives of our goals. Too many times we lose focus of whom we must appreciate on the way to success. In these last days, the burden of success seems to be getting greater and self-significance is becoming less attention and losing is place in the home. It is time to vacate the premises of depression and enter into an understanding how great we are without the dependency of economical prosperity.

•  Be careful about comparing yourself to other people. Sometimes that can make you feel good or even inspire you to improve in some way. But sometimes it can make you overlook what's truly good about yourself and cause you to feel bad.

•  Think about times when you've done something good. Include those times when you've made a difference to somebody else by being helpful, kind, or thoughtful.

•  Take part in activities that make you feel good such as hobbies, reading, sports, or spending time with good friends.

•  Don't be so afraid of failing that you're not willing to try something new. New experiences can help you grow and discover wonderful new things about yourself.

•  When you do falling is not a failure, so don't get down on yourself. Think about what you can learn from the experience and how you can do better next time.

•  Think about things you do well. Be proud of your successes.

•  Remember, the most important thing about people is what we're like inside, not what we own or what we've accomplished.

My Father's House: A Story By Brother David

There was a very wealthy man. No one really knew His name, but people noticed a very unique type of confidence in Him. Very kind, humble man. He treated everyone with respect, He showed no favoritism. If He saw a need, He offered His help, even when some did not accept it. Neighbors wanted know how He became so wealthy, not monetarily, but His personality. They saw Him to be out of the ordinary, not from around here, but He did not make himself to be known that way, but He made everyone feel safe.

They would try to initiate worldly topics to get His perspective on what He thought of the world. He would always pause; it would look as if He wanted to weep, but He would always grin and say; All things are working together, it'll be alright. It seemed as though they didn't understand how a man in this world, would have such a vague response, but promising an answer. Some people would get frustrated, but, but some people, his responses, would make them feel better. Because of His short responses, His neighbors became more curious, so, they would just watch Him and however He would go, they would. If He was up early, they would, He worked His landscape, they would. They noticed He never hired anyone to tend to His garden or landscape; Weird, but interesting.

They tried to figure Him out, because He did the same things every day. He never look tired, didn't seem as though He slept, He never complained, He just got every morning with a very pleasant and peaceful countenance; solid. One day a neighbor decided to take a chance and ask; How do you do it, no sweat on your brow, you never complain, you always finish at the same time, up at the same time, who are you, how  did you get so wealthy, how come you never discriminate? You don't have an alarm system, you never lock you doors, you offer you wealth if anyone is in needs and never ask for anything, how?

The man smiled and just responded, it's just who I Am, I can't change that. The neighbor looked with confusion, in His mind he thinks, this guy is not human. How can anyone compete with that. The neighbor also thinks, I'm going to watch and learn, maybe one day I'll be able to reach such peace and maturity. He walks away feeling a little unsatisfied, but hopeful. He did not know really how to communicate his interaction with the Man, to the other neighbors.

One day the Man is walking in town and noticed a very attractive person, not in an sexual way, but in a way of familiarity. He stop the person and asked, do I know you? The person responds, no, do I know you? The Man ask what's your father's surname and your mother's maiden name? The person response with the names, but is not sure who the father is, but raised by the mother. The Man responds, well I might be your father. You have some very familiar attributes that are common in my family, that is what attracted me to you. You're not from around are you? the Man ask. No, the person responds. I have been traveling for a long time trying to find my way. I have had a hard trying to fit it. I've gotten in trouble so many times, I feel as If I don't know anything. I have been hurt, I have hurt people, I have children I can't provide for and family members has disowned me. I came here hoping to find myself and start over, where no one knows me. It might be hard because of my background, but I am willing to do anything to make a change, if someone would give me a chance.

The Man responds to person as says, I have a House on the Hill; as a matter of fact you can see it from here. You see all those home up there, the one in the middle is my House. The person ask, what are some type of billionaire? and The Man, chuckles and responds, No, I'm just Me, just Me. The person had some reservations about going with the Man, but for some reason felt safe and familiar with Him. The person ask with enthusiasm, you have an opportunity for me? The Man responds, don't be anxious, just follow me, Oh and whatever you have,  give to charity, you won't be needing them anymore. But, the person responds, what? This all I have, the Man responds, you won't need them, you'll have everything you need when you get to my House. The person responds, okay, whatever you say, I'll do, you're the boss; are you?

In the person's mind, they're thinking thank you god, if there is one. Nope, maybe this is just some coincidence, maybe my luck is changing. Wait a minute, my luck ran out and I ran into bad luck a long time ago. The Man turns around and smiles, the person, looks down, wondering if the man heard his thoughts. The persons, then looks around and see how there was so many people just going about their way, no one had spoken to him, but this very mysterious man. Wait a minute!!, the person stops, The Man turns around and says you can trust me. Everyone knows me, everyone can see my House, what I do, who comes and goes. I don't hide myself from anyone, so you can trust, if something happens to you, everyone will know. For some reason, that made sense to the person. They continued walking.

The person was so excited, anxious and thought; I gave up everything to follow this Man, so this better work out. I don't have anywhere else to go. The person wanted to pray, but lost hope in praying a long time ago. If God was listening, He's listening to me, the person thinks. But, maybe this Guy, will change everything. I'm going to do everything right this time, I ain't going to mess this up, if He really gives me a chance, the person says. I wonder if He is my Father, I do kinda favor Him. Boy, if He is, I've got a lot to tell Him, there's a lot He needs to know and I wanna know, Why? Why did't you never reach out or come see me? Maybe my life would be different, if you would've just tried.

They make it to the House, but as they walk up, the person notice all the beautiful things, everything was perfect. The person ask, who does all your landscaping? The Man response, I do, but I'm looking for persons to help make it more beautiful. What do you mean? the person responds and ask. The Man answers, All this was created not just for me. I envisioned how this would be and all that would enjoy it. The neighbors love, they learn from it, in their own way, but they do. Anyway, this is not all for me, but persons like you.

So, let us sit down and reason together. Tell Me all about yourself, everything the Man requested? The person responds, is this some type of interview? If it is, I really don't know where to start, because I'm not sure what job I'm interviewing for. The Man responds, just start from the beginning and we'll decide what you have been qualified for, I don't what you to hold back anything. Tell me everything, The Man says to the person.

The person talked until evening. They share so many emotions, disappointments, hurts and descriptions of hurts and how they hurt others. The person cried, laughed, groaned, pound their fist, walked in circles, scream, mumbled some things. But most of the time, talked, head down in shame. While talking, the person noticed, The Man sharing in some of the emotions, The Man cried, smile and shook His head, but mostly listened, listened with so much patience. The person, at one point thought, this Guy really knows how to listen, He never cut me off, He must really understand what I have been through. Father maybe, nah, daddies don't care that much.

The person finished and realized that, after all that The Man was sitting right there with so much peace on His Face. The person ask; How can you have so much peace after all of that, you been through this before? No, The Man answers, but I do know someone who's been through worse. Come on let's go inside, you should be hungry. The person realized they had talked for more than six hours and never felt hungry and didn't realize that much time had passed.

When they got in the House, the food was already prepared, like a feast, everything was on the table ready to be eaten. Like something out of a masterpiece, the table so perfect and there was enough for hundreds of people. The person could hear the beautiful sound of a harp playing in the background.  The person felt at home, but even more, they felt special. But, their doubts started to set in. They wondered where is all this going? But they felt so comfortable, at peace, as if this was all meant to be. Just out of the blue, all this in, one moment in time, when I spent my whole life looking, feels like I have made it. Nah, too good to be true!

So, the person turns to The Man and ask; Who are You? Tell me about yourself, I told you everything about me. The Man responds, I Am your Father. Wait!! Before you get upset. Before, I didn't know you. Your mother did not let me know, well she did not give you to me. But, I always felt connected to you. My thoughts towards were that you prosper, never for you to be hurt. I know I have many children out there, they just don't know me and I haven't had the chance to get to know them. That is why I created this House for all those who look for me.

There's no coincidence you came to this town, this House, you're my child, always have been. Because of my thoughts towards you, you were able to get through those rough experiences you had. Everything you shared, I shared with you, even when you thought you were alone. You're always on my mind. The person ask, if you didn't know about me, how could I be on your mind? The Man responds, Your mom kept you from me, your situations pushed further away, but because of Who I Am, My Love kept you. I love everyone, care for everyone, I  gave and would give everything for everyone, so when I have thoughts, I think about everyone and especially those who may seek me. You are here because you were seeking help and we found each other.

The Man say; If persons  would think like me and humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways and seek help, they will be forgiven and healed, but persons just don't know how. So, I wait until they cannot take this world anymore. I'm patient. I don't operate in time. So, I keep my House the landscaping, my table ready and lights on, so when persons like yourself show up, everything is prepared.

On the Land, everything is ready for you, you can bring yourself and everyone you love here. There's room for everyone. Everything has been paid for, all the space belongs to you. All you have to do is take care of what's yours and everything else will be and is taken care of. Now, if you choose, you can go and share with others, what you have learned, what you have found, who you have become. That you have found yourself and everything you been looking for, with no strings attached. The person thinks, nah to good. He looks at the Man and sees sincerity, truth and righteousness in His eyes. The person takes a deep breath, let's go of all the emotions and everything that was associated with their past. Runs to the Man, hugs Him, waits and notices an immediate embrace, but not just a hug, but safety, refuge, wings of protection, shelter and peace. All person's fears were gone. The person felt, Power, Love and finally a Sound Mind.

The person lets go; I gonna tell everybody I know, but will they listen, I don't care, I'm telling everyone. The Man says, slowdown, learn more of me and yourself. But, you can be what you have become to them. Be change for them and when anyone ask, then tell them what you have found. If they don't believe, you believe and keep being yourself. My thoughts towards each person, with draw them, but you can tell them, by the fruit you bare. Don't try too hard, My thoughts  will increase them. Remember I love everyone and care for everyone. You and I can work together in sharing how great living in this House can be. Person? Yes, the person responds; You're saved, safe, justified. You don't have to worry about the condemnation you felt before. You can now move forward in your life, nothing will hold you back other what you think of yourself. Since you have found me, nothing or no one should be able to hurt. Let nothing separate you from what you have found. The person ask, How and Why? The Man responds, Love.

Person? The Man says to get the person's attention;  You are in your Father's House rest for now, let's talk again in the morning. Everything will be same as it today, tomorrow and from now on. Stay close to the things of this house and you will never have to worry again. However, because of where you are from, you will have concerns, but always remember this experience, My Love will always be there. Rest

The person pauses and realizes, I'm in My Father's House and lies down and sleeps like never before. The person wakes up, enthused about what else to learn. Thinks, I'm home finally.

 The Pentecostal Experience

Fifty days after the resurrection of Jesus Christ from death and the grave, and ten days after He ascended up into heaven, a great event took place, the equal of which the world has not witnessed since. This event is designated in the Bible as “the day of Pentecost” (Acts 2:1). It was the day on which the Holy Spirit made a unique visit to the earth.

Christendom, in its feverish and futile observances of days, celebrates “Whitsunday” in commemoration of the Holy Spirit’s coming. But the festival is too frequently marked by hypocrisy since some of Christendom’s leaders go as far as to deny the Holy Spirit’s Deity. The true believer in the Lord Jesus The Saviour will not observe the day in empty formalism, but he may use the day as an occasion and opportunity to ponder the great Believers of Jesus truths which surround Pentecost.

Basic in Christianity are the true facts about God. The conceptions of men about God are many and varied, but the God of the Bible is one God revealed in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus said to His disciples, “And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever; even the Spirit of truth . . .” (John 14:16, 17). This text is a clear and specific expression of the doctrine of the Trinity, directing the mind to that day on which the Third Person of the blessed Holy Trinity came.

The word “another” in John 14:16 is the translation of the Greek word allos, meaning another of the same kind. When the Holy Spirit came, the disciples would find in Him no qualitative difference from the Father and the Son. All three persons possess all of the essential and unique attributes of Deity.

The Pentecostal Preparation

Pentecost was a divinely planned event; it was no mere afterthought with God, The Father. The coming of the Holy Spirit was as much a part of the redemptive plan as was the incarnation, death, resurrection and ascension of the Lord Jesus.

In the Old Testament we see Pentecost in history, in type and in prophecy. Pentecost was a solemn festival of the Children of Israel. There was a series of seven of those annual feasts which, like the whole of Israel’s divinely appointed ritual, were “a shadow of good things to come” (Hebrews 10:1) . These feasts of The Father are set forth in order in Leviticus, chapter 23. Let us examine this chapter.

The first in order of the feasts was the Passover (verses 4, 5). This was the feast of redemption, reflecting upon Israel’s deliverance from her bondage in Egypt. The incident is recorded in Exodus 12. The slaying of the Passover Lamb and the sprinkling of its blood marked a new beginning for the children of Israel. On that very day The Father changed their calendar, saying, “This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you” (Exodus l2:2) That month was originally the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar (Abib), but now a new start was begun with the past blotted out forever. Their day of redemption from Egyptian bondage had come.

This all finds application in the Believers  experience. Paul wrote, “For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us” (I Corinthians 5:7). When the believing sinner appropriates the death of Christ, his sinful past is forever blotted out. He becomes at once a new creation (II Corinthians 5:17). Having been born again (John 3:5, 7), he receives new life, God’s own life (II Peter 1:4). The guilt and penalty of past sins are gone. The day of conversion is a new beginning.

The next in order of the Hebrew feasts was the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Leviticus 23:6-8). It was closely associated with the Passover and lasted seven days. Its chief characteristic was the rigid exclusion of leaven from the houses of the Israelites. Now what is leaven? Webster defines leaven as any substance used to produce fermentation, as in dough or liquids, especially a portion of fermented dough used for this purpose; yeast.

The Passover and Unleavened Bread, there is, in type, a beautiful sequence. The Passover speaks of salvation through the shed blood of our Lord Jesus. Inasmuch as leaven typifies evil, it follows that the person who trusts the shed blood of Jesus for salvation should continue in Christian experience, namely, a walk in separation from evil. The Apostle Paul wrote, “Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.” (I Corinthians 5:6-8).

The third in order of the annual festivals was the feast of First-fruits (Leviticus 23:9-14). There was no set date for this event since it came, of necessity, when the grain was ripe and ready for harvest. In the autumn, seventy days before the Passover, the fields were ploughed and the seed planted. Then when the time for harvest had arrived, a chosen committee from the temple would set to work with sickle and basket to gather a small amount of grain. This in turn was brought into the temple to be threshed and ground into flour and presented before the Lord. In presenting the first-fruits of the natural product of the ground, Israel was acknowledging the power and goodness of The Father.

But again the outward and visible thing was a symbol of something far deeper and greater in spiritual meaning and value. The Lord Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit” (John 12:24). Was He not here speaking of Himself? Indeed so! For it was on the third day after the Lamb was slain that He arose from death and the grave. Of this the Holy Spirit bears witness as seen in the following passage. “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of them that slept” (I Corinthians 15:20).

“Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at His coming” (I Corinthians 15:23). Christ’s resurrection is the guarantee that we too shall live.

The fourth of the solemn feasts is called the feast of Weeks, or Pentecost (Leviticus 23:15-21). Notice the time element. The joyous season of the grain harvest lasted seven weeks, and on the day of the seventh Sabbath, “fifty days” to be exact, the feast of Pentecost was celebrated. In rabbinic literature it is also called “The Feast of the Fiftieth Day.” Now we begin to see more clearly the deeper significance of Israel’s solemn feasts. The Greek word for “Pentecost” means fiftieth, and it was celebrated the fiftieth day from the resurrection of our Lord Jesus. It was “the day of Pentecost” (Acts 2:1) when, by the descent of the Holy Spirit, Hebrew and Gentile were made fellow heirs and of the same body (Ephesians 3:6).

The Grace of God in Jesus The Savior was to reach out beyond the limits of Israel, and Pentecost marked the beginning of the fulfillment of the divine plan, the Gospel into all the world to every creature. We bow in humble gratitude to The Father when we realize that the birthday of the Church was in preparation through every stage of human history.

The Pentecostal Presence

The coming of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost was the coming of a Person. The term, “the Holy Spirit,” is the name or title of the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, and is used to distinguish Him from both the First Person, who is the Father, and from the Second Person, who is the Son. There are many other names used in Scripture to describe and designate the nature and work of the Third Person, and in every instance they refer to one and the same Person, the Holy Spirit.

Referring to the Holy Spirit as the Third Person does not imply that He is less important than the Father and the Son, but it does suggest that He is the last-revealed personality of the three. Pentecost introduced the dispensation of the Holy Spirit, and from the Book of Acts to The Revelation, the Holy Spirit functions as the direct agent between God and man. The purpose of Pentecost was to introduce Him to man in a new way.

The Father’s purpose is to draw men to Himself and make them like His Son, Jesus. To this end Jesus gave Himself. But in so doing He did not complete the task. The process of producing God-likeness is still going on today, and it is the primary work of the Spirit to accomplish this.

We will receive Power "After that the Holy Ghost is come upon you.” At Pentecost, that is exactly what took place. The Holy Spirit came. Now, for more than nineteen hundred years, men have defied suffering, sorrow and death in order that Christ’s transforming Gospel might reach all men and fashion them into His likeness. Not all who have heard have believed, by any means. But some have and in every instance a work has been wrought, not by man themselves, but by the Holy Spirit who will experience the Pentecost Presence.

We need to recognize the Pentecostal Person in the ministry today. There is a prevailing impotence that none can deny. The works of the flesh can never produce the fruit of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the life-line of power in the Church. The coming of the Spirit was the commencement of the Church for, says Paul, “Ye also are built together for a habitation of God through the Spirit” (Ephesians 2:22). By the Spirit the body of Jesus was formed, and by Him it is held together.

Too little attention is being given Him, and because He is not recognized there is no power in service. There is no need to pray for the Spirit to come. He is with us today. “He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure” (John 3:34). He is a Person, and we have as much of Him as did the disciples at Pentecost. When we permit the Holy Spirit to take possession of the Church today, we can expect glorious results. Let us evermore yield to Him.

Important Note: Those who are to experience this moment, must have proper preparation. What this means is, each of us must be cleansed of the impurities of the world. We must be delivered from the selfish, prideful and stubborn spirits. We must surrender all in order to be filled with the Holy Spirit. He cannot dwell in an unclean temple. The Holy Spirit will not allow anyone to misuse the Power given to Him, that is offered to us. Today, we must humble ourselves under the Mighty hand of God, accepted and receive Jesus as The Son, with all Power In His Hands and Receive Holy Spirit by being Baptized By Him. Remember: "The man God uses is the man God makes." HalleluYah!!!

PASSIVE MIND - THE DEVIL'S WORKSHOP

James 1:7. A Double-minded man is unstable in all his ways and cannot please God.

DEFINITIONS OF THE PASSIVE MIND

Earline's definition is a mind not directed by its owner but open to allow any thought to pass
through. It often accepts lies as truth, and fears as facts. Webster's definition is receiving impression from external agents - not acting - being the objective of the action rather than the subject.

Passive Mind - The passive mind does not accept completely the Word of God as Truth, therefore
it is always questioning and wondering. This questioning and wondering weakens the will,
causing the person to be slow to obey God. This is the cause of most of the instability we see in
Christians today. It causes us to be unsettled in our minds. God's purpose within is to establish
and settle us (1 Peter 5:6-11). If we refuse to stand against the Devil, God cannot strengthen us.

Active Mind - The active mind studies and tests God's Word, sees it work, believes it, accepts it,
trusts it, and relies on it. It is continually learning more of God's will and obeying His precepts.
How do you know a Christian? By watching him do what God has said in the Bible for him to do.
Mental Passivity - includes in its descriptive words: unreasoning, inactive, unenthusiastic, unresponsive, unqualified obedience to the commands of another, lawful or unlawful. (Mark 4:24 -
futile mind; Eph. 4:17-19 - seducing pastors or teachers who patronize you to get you on their
side, many times opposing God's Word. Rom. 6:16 - You will become the slave of whomever
you yield your mind to obey.) A person who does not successfully complete earthly duties shows
mental passivity.

Consider and read these scriptures: Jer, 12:5 (This scripture is to the prophet, Jeremiah. It is also
to pastors and Christians today. If you are afraid to live for and obey God in time of peace, what
will you do in time of trial and persecution?); Rom. 12:1-2 (whole body including mind is sacrifice);
Eph. 4:17-32 (strip self of all old mental and spiritual attitudes and put on new.); Phil. 2:13
(God's power works in us and we will do His Word.)

CAUSES OF THE PASSIVE MIND

Manipulation by Jezebelic mother or father, and Ahab mother or father. Ignorance of spiritual commandments given in Old and New Testaments. Looking back and using the same method of drawing conclusions. Draining mental energy by constant recriminations and unproductive activity of worrying, plotting and planning.

QUIET MIND VS. PASSIVE MIND

If we give thanks to God and truly trust Him we have inner peace. Our minds-and bodies both
work and produce better. A quiet mind is at peace and resting in the Lord with full confidence in God even in times of trial. A passive mind is always active "spinning wheels" with thoughts running rampant through it jumping from one thing to another, almost never at rest or at peace.

Consider and read these scriptures. 2 Kings 4:8-36 (Shunammite woman not intimidated by death); Isa. 30:15-16 (God called His people to quietness and trusting Him in order to have confidence and strength); Dan. 6:14-23 (King let his mind be played upon by people; in pride and ignorance he would have shed innocent blood had not God come to Daniel's help); Luke 1:27-38
(Mary not passive in accepting God's plans for her - it was not unusual in that day for unmarried
pregnant women to be stoned on their way to the well, etc.); 1 Pet. 3:3-4
(God's woman has peace of mind.)

ACTIVE PARTICIPANT

You must be an active participant in your change from old to new life (passive to active). Jer.
12:5 - You cannot run with the men on horseback unless your mind is settled by a life of practice
in obeying God's Word; Heb. 2:3 - How shall we escape (appropriate retribution) if we neglect
so great salvation; 2 Tim. 3:2-5 - A chilling account of the mind in last days (seems like what we
see today); Eph. 4:17-32 - We cannot live as the unsaved!

To a passive person, Phil. 2:3 means that God will work everything out for me. God does the
willing and doing. To an active person, Phil. 2:3 means that God will work in me as I obey His commandments and line myself up with His will. Then His good pleasure is done in and through me. Consider and read these scriptures which teach about the active/passive mind: Pro. 3:5-10. Vs. 5. Lean on, trust in and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind, and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. Vs. 6. In all your ways know, and recognize and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Vs. 7.

Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord, and turn (entirely) away from evil. Vs. 8. It will be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones. This seems like a prescription for good mental, spiritual and physical health. The rest of these scriptures give more insight about how to work out Pro. 3:5-10. Pro. 3:13-14; 6:17-18; Isa. 26:3; 55:8-9; Rom. 112 6:16; 8:6-7; 10:12; 12:1-3; 2 Cor. 10:3-5; Eph. 4:21-32; Gal. 6:3; Phil. 2:4-9; 4:8; Col. 1:21; 2 Tim. 1:7; James 1:7; 1 Pet. 1:13; 2 Pet. 3:1.

We must repent, change our mind and change our conduct. The battle for our minds began in the
Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. In Matt. 3 we see the contrast between the minds of those
obeying God and those in disobedience; 2 Cor. 4:4, following the god of this world brings a
blinded mind. Gen. 3:1-6, doubt, unbelief, questioning God, adding to what God has said brings
instability. Rom. 6:16, results of yielding to wrong person or attitudes, etc.
